Memorabilia Return Policy:
To ensure the value and integrity of our autographed items, all memorabilia sales are final. All of our autographed items are certified by recognized leaders in sports memorabilia and autograph authentication.
Damaged Packages:
Please notify us within 48 hours if your package is damaged upon receipt. We will have the damaged package returned to us at no cost to you. A replacement will be issued, provided we have available inventory.
Please do not open the carton to inspect the contents if you suspect that damage has been done to the items inside. We cannot accept a return due to damage if the item has been opened, even if the damage was incurred during transit.
Cancellations:
If the order has not shipped, we can cancel an item. Production times vary so contact us for further information. On orders that have been shipped, please see our policy above. We will not accept any orders without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
Trading Cards Return Policy:
Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and rapid fluctuations in prices, all trading card sales are final. We may consider exceptions for returns if the return request is made on the same day of package delivery. All items that are returned must have their factory seal intact and be in their original condition.
